A sliding loop adjusts the length. The bell hangs on a split ring, attached to the D-ring: take it off if the jingling bothers either of you.

What people ask us about the breakaway collar
Is the tracker included?
No. The collar comes with its case and bell, without a tracker: you'll need your own, AirTag-compatible. If a photo shows the case with a tracker in it, that's only for illustration: the tracker isn't in the box.
Will another tracker fit in the case?
The case is described as AirTag-compatible, and nothing else: the supplier gives neither its inner diameter nor any other compatible tracker. So we can't promise you anything for another model.
What neck girth?
From 22 to 32 cm according to the supplier, adjustable with a sliding loop; the strap is 1 cm wide. Measure your cat's neck before ordering: you should be able to slide two fingers flat between the strap and its neck.
Does the buckle really open?
It's a safety buckle: the supplier shows it coming apart when pulled. They don't put a figure on the force needed to open it: try it yourself when it arrives.
Does the case protect the tracker from water?
Nothing shows that it does: the case is open on one side, and we make no claim that it keeps water out.
Does the bell come off?
