Shipping policy

This policy explains where we deliver and how long delivery takes. It reflects Article 6 of our terms of sale, which prevail in the event of any difference.

1. Delivery area

We deliver to metropolitan France and to the following countries and territories, as at the date of this update: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Cyprus, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the United Arab Emirates. If this list ever differs from the countries offered at checkout, the checkout list applies.

2. Delivery costs

Delivery is free, whatever the order value and the delivery country. Depending on the delivery country, customs duties, import taxes or clearance fees not included in the price may be charged when the parcel is delivered; if so, they are payable by you.

3. Delivery time

In metropolitan France, the estimated delivery time is 5–10 working days, order processing included. For other countries, the estimated delivery time is shown on each product page for the delivery country you have chosen, and repeated in your order summary. It depends on the item ordered and where it is dispatched from: where a product has its own delivery time, this is shown on its product page. If no delivery time is indicated, we deliver no later than 30 days after your order.

4. Orders with several items

Items in the same order may be dispatched separately and reach you on different dates, at no extra cost.

5. Late delivery

If your order has not arrived by the end of the delivery time indicated, you may ask us in writing (an email is enough) to deliver it within a reasonable additional period; if it has still not arrived by then, you may cancel your order and receive a refund of all sums paid within 14 days at the latest, in accordance with Articles L.216-6 and L.216-7 of the French Consumer Code.
