Climb, rather than jump
When the leap onto the sofa turns into hesitation, a set of stairs gives them back the way up: two, three or four steps depending on the height, which they climb at their own pace and come back down the same way.
The wave profile rounds off each step: no sharp edge under their paws.

Three heights, one width
31, 40 or 46 cm high, always 40 cm wide: choose the one that comes up to the level of the furniture they want to get onto.

The filling is foam, under a light grey fabric cover with charcoal sides, closed with a zip under the stairs. The supplier doesn't say whether this cover comes off for washing, so we don't claim it does.

Which height should I choose?
Choose the stairs according to the piece of furniture your cat wants to reach: the top step should come up to the level of the seat or mattress, or very close to it.
How to measure
- Measure from the floor to the top of the seat or mattress.
- Take the closest height: 31, 40 or 46 cm.
- Check the floor space in front of the furniture: from 39 to 71 cm depending on the model.
The stairs shorten the jump but, above 46 cm, don't remove it: on a higher bed, there's still one last bit to clear.

It arrives compressed in a bag. Take it out and let the foam expand before you introduce it to your cat.

Which height should I choose?
Measure from the floor to the top of the seat or mattress, then take the closest height: 31, 40 or 46 cm. If your bed is higher than 46 cm, there will still be one last jump to make, shorter than before.
Why does it arrive completely flat?
It's sent compressed in a bag, in a 22 × 22 × 42 cm parcel, whatever its size. The supplier gives no time for it to regain its shape; one buyer says their foam sprang back within a few hours of unpacking.
Is the cover washable?
It's closed with a zip under the stairs, but the supplier doesn't say whether it comes off for washing, or at what temperature to wash it. We'd rather tell you than make it up.
How much weight does it hold?
The supplier doesn't give a maximum load. These are foam stairs for your cat: don't use them as a step stool.
Are the steps high?
The supplier only gives the overall dimensions, not the height of each step. For a similar height, the more steps there are, the lower each one is: that's the point of the 4-step model.
And if they won't use it?
Put the stairs where they already jump, and place a treat on a step for the first few days. If your cat really ignores them, you have 30 days to send them back to us.
